A Little Bit About Who We Are
Located in Leon County, Texas, Leon County Pup Barn, LLC is a small, family run dog boarding kennel that has been in business since 2018 with Marc and Stephanie Richards making sure your dogs are happy from check-in to check-out! We want you to consider the Pup Barn as your family’s place to take your dogs when you can’t be home with them.
The Pup Barn is a place where our community, neighbors and friends feel comfortable and confident leaving their dogs. We are intentional on keeping it family-size so that we can provide the time your pup craves, desires and needs to make their time away from you the best possible stay. We have established ourself as the place your pups want to go when they can’t be home.
The Pup Barn sits just steps away from our own home and is integrated in all that we do. From dawn to dusk we are getting the wiggles out, the cuddles in, and the adventures on! With 20 acres to explore a spring fed pond for sips, dips, and sniffs and (soon to be famous) Barn Yard for contained group play, there is something for every dog who visits and become a Pup Barn Dog!
Mission Statement
We are in business to care for dogs in a way that elevates the away experience for our guest dogs and their families.
Leon County has a need that we are perfect to fill!
We have the space, we have the time. . . WE ARE DOG LOVERS! We needed to start a boarding kennel and give the dogs in our area a comfortable place to go to when their humans need to be away. We can give all the dogs who pass through big, clean space, with plenty of love and attention. That’s the sentiment that started Leon County Pup Barn, LLC.
Leon County Pup Barn was started to meet the dog boarding needs of Leon County and the surrounding areas.
We are Leon County's First Choice for Boarding.
We work hard to provide as much of a stress-free environment for your dog whether it’s their first stay or 101st. In cases where a dog is showing signs of anxiety or stress, we communicate that information with our families either in their nightly Pupdate or direct contact. In the end, we want what is best for the dogs in our care and give their family all of the information to make the right decision for their favorite pup.
